Innovative Access provided the roof anchors and window-cleaning system for the two residential towers linked by a podium. A combination of Innovative Access roof anchors, rigging sleeves and horizontal lifelines were used to provide a complete access solution.

Soho Italia – Ottawa Roof Anchors
Innovative Access engineering team worked with the client and consultants to optimize the window cleaning system. Primary means of window cleaning is via bosun’s chair while some recessed drops are accessed via swing stage platform. Stainless steel platform stabilization buttons were design, manufactured and installed at swing stage drop locations in compliance with governing CSA Standards.

Casino Lac Leamy & Hilton – Fall Protection System (Québec)
Innovative Access was retained to provide the engineering operational plans, 3M RoofSafe anchor installation and complete testing package at the Casino du Lac Leamy and Hilton Complex. The continuous 3M Roofsafe system was installed directly onto a steel deck and allows users to walk thru intermediate anchor supports for complete safety.
